What Causes Pan In The Upper Abdomen Along With Nausea?
Hi. I’m on birth control pills and I missed my period during my placebo pills. I always make sure my partner pulls out and then I have to birth control pills protecting me as well. After I missed my period I’ve been getting pains in my upper abdomen. It feels like a mix of heart burn, nausea, and that feeling you get after doing too many sit ups. Could this be because I’m pregnant or something else?

If you are on the birth control pills regularly and have not missed any doses, it is unlikely that you are pregnant. Most likely the symptoms you are having are due to gastritis.
You can take an over-the-counter antacid like tablet Ranitidine on an empty stomach and drink lots of water. If it is not relieved, then go for Urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.
