What Causes Panic Attack After A Workout Session?

I had a panic attack yesterday after an intense workout and cold shower. I was really abnormally relaxed and little woozy, but then I bent over and felt really woozy. I then took my blood pressure and it was really, really low. 64 over something. I then had a panic attack, which was confirmed at urgent care. I ve been feeling woozy and weird ever since, like I could pass out. Any suggestions to help alleviate this feeling? I am in great shape, but stressed overall in life, though I have been feeling great lately. The lightening at my work seems like its throwing me off.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Stress is very common nowadays

If anxiety interfere in routine life than treatment needed for that

You are having panic attacks history, so for getting prescription you should consult psychiatrist

You will be given SSRI group of drug like fluoxetine and if needed short term benzodizepine as well

Yoga, meditation beneficial

Try to solve problems from every situation

Behavioural counselling also beneficial

Take care

Hope your concern solved
