What Causes Panic Attacks And Irritability?

hello, Im suffering symptoms of a stroke. Went to ER yesterday. They said they had no idea and that i needed to make an appointment with an optometrist. My condition is still the same with more irritability and weakness today. I can t believe for the life of me that this is some kind of three day panick attack but they said my blood pressure was normal
