General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to thanatophobia. I suggest to treat the anxiety attacks through anxiolytics. I recommend using Xanax for a short period of time, maximum a month. I also suggest to consult a psychiatrist for behavioral therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
