What Causes Panic Attacks While Suffering From Generalized Anxiety Disorder?
Sir, i have been suffering from generalized anxiety disorder and panic attacks since 5 years..it became worsen now. I m getting weird symptoms and panic attacks regularly..i m not even able to eat anything .constantly feeling lump in my throat..these panic attacks restricted my life to home.im going to depression day by day..can anxiety disorder be prmanantly cured?? Can i get my anxiety free life back ??.im currently on antidepressants but not getting any releif..im very grateful for any helpful advice
hello there, I can understand your pain and suffering you go through because of anxiety and panic attacks. Panic attacks are very commonly seen in persons suffering from anxiety disorder. Coming to your questions, yes anxiety disorder can be cured but you have to take medicines for long period of time and you can get anxiety free life back. Pharmacotherapy always help with anxiety disorder. If you put your case for me, I would start you on SSRI group of drugs preferably paroxetine with tablet clonazepam during acute panic attack and for sleep. You also require relaxation therapy and cognitive therapy for augmentation. I hope the answer helps. All the best.
