Hello Thanks for asking from Health Care Magic

Panic is sudden onset episodic severe anxiety associated with impending sense of doom. You suffered panic attacks 2 weeks back and then repeatedly 6-7 times. You are on Petril (clonazepam) 0.5 and Propranolol with not much relief.

Clonazepam and Propranolol are the drugs that are used in control of symptoms of panic and help in quick relaxation. But for proper treatment you will have to take anti-anxiety drugs.

Medicines like Selective Serotonin Re-uptake Inhibitors are commonly used in panic and anxiety states. Sertraline, Fluoxetine, Escitlopram etc drugs are approved for use in panic attacks. These drugs are free of serious side effects and will help in improving the severe anxiety. Consult a Psychiatrist for prescription of these drugs.

Relaxation exercises, yoga and meditation also help in keeping individual relaxed and prevent panic attacks. Decrease intake of caffeine, tea, alcohol, smoking, dark chocolates. These items increases the risk of panic.

Thanks, hope this helps you
