Thank you. My concern is vanity :(. I have very thin skin on my hands due to aging and the tops of my hands are black & blue all of the time. I am very active with my hands, gardening, lifting, etc. I can t wait for winter to wear gloves. Since it is cosmetic there probably isn t much that can be done.
This is indeed an age-related process and the only thing that I can advise is eating food rich in vitamin E and C and possibly even the initiation of a multivitamin supplement to promote good healing and regeneration of your skin, but this may or may not help as the current status of your hands is natural.
