What Causes Paranoia After Taking Papaverine, Phentolamine And Prostaglandin Shots?

My husband has Parkinson s disease, he s on several medications. Problems with erections, so he was prescribed Phentolamine/Papaverine Prostaglandin shots. He s been having problems with paranoia, could this be a side effect from the shot? Or part of the Parkinson s ?
