What Causes Partial Hearing Loss After Swimming?

My brother in law has been having a problem with his ear.. Before he went swimming he already couldn t hear after trying to clean it, then when he went swimming it got worse and he cant hear completely. he has been trying o clean it with peroxcide and its the same, what should he do?

So far as symptoms narrated here, the hearing problem is due to conduction defect in the inner ear. He requires a detailed evaluation with an audiometry.
