Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that the symptoms of partial hearing loss along with buzzing sound seems to be due to perforation in the eardrum and the cause for it seems to be due to sudden trauma to the ear that has occurred due to slapping..
As it is already 2 months you should immediately consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like otoscopy, Audiometry and x ray can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
In case of perforation, small perforation can be relieved with a course of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkillers and decongestants..
In case of large perforation, it can be relieved with surgical repair known as Tympanoplasty..
As of now avoid exposure to loud sounds and excess water exposure like swimming to prevent infection that can worsen the condition..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
