Last week I fainted while In the bathroom, I hit my head on the bathtub fairly hard. This morning I fainted again, hitting my head again. After the first hit I have noticed my vision is decreasing, and I have occasional headaches and terrible nausea. What are your thoughts?

Hi,
I am sorry to say, but i highly recommend you to get an immediate evaluation at an emergency care centre. They may need you to do CT scans.
The complains you feel, are most often associated with itracerebral bleeds, which need abrupt evaluation and taken care of.

Best wishes
