As per your complain,it seems that your partially broken wisdom tooth has got infected leading to pain and locking of the jaw that seems to be due to swelling and inflammation at the wisdom tooth site.. Secondly there also seems that you have an infection in your sinus leading to facial pain, headache as well as foul smelling nasal discharge.. I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a clinical evaluation and an Orthopantomogram [x ray] will help in looking for the condition of the tooth as well as maxillary sinuses.. You can also be advised PNS view x ray of sinuses as it will help in detailed examination of the sinuses and treatmet can be done accordingly.. For infected tooth, as it is a wisdom tooth, the best treatment is to get it extracted/removed as it is not helpful in chewing or any other purpose.. If there is infection in the sinuses a course of antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, decongestants like Pseudoephadrine, steam inhalation, saline nasal irrigation and steroid nasal sprays can relieve.
