What Causes Passing Of Gas After Having Defcort?
I m 65 yrs old.for the last 15 months I m having breathing problems. I was prescribed defcort 30 for three days defcort 12 for three days abd defcort 6 for three days and then repeat of course. Basically I feel my stomach is not working properly. When I take medicine after some time gas pass the prblm start easing. Is this medication safe. Shud I take defcort6 whenever prblm

I really appreciate your concern, the medicine that you are taking is steroid and this need to be stopped if taken according to the therapeutic dosages, taking the steroid more than enough may be harmful, better to have word with doctor, hope this information helps, take care.
