Hello,
Passing of white particles in the urine is commonly indicative of UTI, E.coli, bladder or kidney problems, kidney stones, prostrate issues, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a
Urologist, get
urinalysis (R/E and C/S), investigations and imaging tests done to detect infection, bladder, prostrate problems or any kidney stone. You will be treated accordingly, You will be given a course of antibiotics if reports of urinalysis are positive.
Stay well hydrated, take plenty of water and avoid addictions if any. You can take
acetaminophen or
Combiflam, one stat when needed to ease
backache. Take rest and adequate sleep to get rid of stress. It is good to know that your STD tests are normal. Avoid multiple partners and unprotected sex.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
