What Causes Passing Out By Coughing In A Patient With Bronchitis?

Sure - Well, I ve had allergy-related bronchitis for the past five months. I would have gone to doctor, but I have met plenty of other people who suffer severe, flu-like symptoms, such as mine. Anyway, my morning sputum-up has been really dark some mornings, but lately it has been lighter, with dark blobs in it. Sometimes I cough so hard that I nearly pass out. Should I be worried?
