I am 34 and in good health. I am 5'10" and weight 170lbs. I have HPV. I have had a pink patch on the outside of my foreskin for about a year now. It is about an inch across. There are tiny, visible pits in the patch Sometimes it gets flaky. It does not hurt or itch unless it is flaky. I was seen by my urologist and he said it was nothing. I finally went to a dermatologist and he thought it might be psoriasis and prescribed a steroid. The steroid has actually made it worse. I have a follow-up appt with my dermatologist. I am freaking out because I think it might be cancer. Could be be something else?
