What Causes Peeling Of Skin Along With Liquid Drainage From Wound?

I think I might have a staph infection, but I don t have a fever. It started off as what I thought was some sort of insect bite but now, it looks like my skin is peeling and its oozing out some sort of liquid. It has also expanded in size and seems bruised. I have already gone to the dr. And they prescribed antibiotics but It doesn t seem to be working. I m not sure if I need to go to the ER.

Hello, welcome on HCM!

Well that is specific problem that must be seen only by a dermatologist.
It may be a staph infection but also there are a lot of non infective skin diseases that have such symptoms.
You have to see the dermatologist.
