What Causes Pelvic Cramps After An Abortion?

I had an abortion 22may.and saw my first period 22april.but saw my second period 17 June.and feeling some cramps down my pelvis and have pains at d right and left of my Tommy and also my down tommy.and urinating alot.am I still pregnant or infection .and also having headaches every blessed day

Hi I think you can be having some vaginal infection or urine infections. Get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist. Also get a urine routine and microscopy and culture done to see if there is any infection or not. Drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser like syrup alkasol. Hope it helps.
