I really appreciate your concern, pain that is being described here could be due to some muscular pain or it could be nonspecific one some time it could be due to poor posture in all the condition, just try to forget this, if you can else you can try "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" once in day, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
