What Causes Pelvic Pain During 7th Week Of Pregnancy?

Having increasingly painful pelvic pain for the past day. No bleeding or anything. But the pain is pretty bad. Im currently 7weeks pregnant and haven t had my first apointment yet besides the conformation visit. And have had a history of early miscarriages.was wondering if this is something I need to go into the Er and have checked out tonight? Or can it wait till my Dr s.appointment next week?

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

Based upon your history you need to go to the ER as continuous pain must be evaluated. Its a good thing that you are not having bleeding but still going to an emergency is needed to evaluate the cause.
