What Causes Pelvic Pain During Intercourse?

My daughter is 32, having pelvic pain during sex, pain above pelvis at other times radiating to both sides, two urine tests have shown blood, ketones and elevated white cells. She is dizzy and nauseated after eating. Urinating more often but no pain, as in a typical bladder infection. sometimes has a feeling of pressure like she needs to have a bowel movement but does not.

The symptoms of your daughter seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.

I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.

I also suggest using antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin twice a day for a week to treat the infection.

I recommend to drink liquids.
