What Causes Pelvic Pain While Suffering From UTI?
I am worried that I have IC. I have been treated for UTI and yeast infection and symptoms persist. Pelvic pain and aching. No real burning or urgency, just a dull ache in the pelvic area. Negative test for UTI. I thought it was gone yesterday and day before, then today symptoms are back.

If the urine sample is clear, then you are not having urinary tract infection (UTI). To clarify, it does a urine sample culture. Maybe pain is from premenstrual syndrome.
