Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Pelvic Pain With Constipation And Frequent Urination?
Could there be a problem with my uterus? I have lower pain in my pelvic area, constipation, frequent urination, nauseated, vomiting, uncomfortable painful intercourse, lumpy cycle, rectal and vaginal bleeding during intercourse. I was having these syptoms last year so my pcp referred me to a gastro but my colonoscopy was normal except for minor hemmorhoids.
First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you may be suffering from urinary tract infection and should get your urine routine examination done.
The bleeding rectal may be because of hemorrhoids.
Pelvic inflammatory disease is a possibility but needs to get your routine tests done like Complete blood counts.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
