What Causes Penile Bleeding While Suffering From Parkinson S Disease?

My 74 YO husband with Parkinson’s symptoms and mild dementia has started spotting blood from his penis today. He appeared to have a very small clot of blood tonight. He said there is no pain and usually happened when he pees. He does have incontinence trouble but no longer takes meds for it because it caused so many dementia symptoms. Hw already has an appointment scheduled with his PC Wednesday. Should I consider taking him to urgent care before that?
