What Causes Penile Numbness?

It started few days back my penis has started feeling numbness less sensation.when i get excited my penis become hard but as soon as i wear condom my penis become numb.can you suggest me what can be the problem my age is 29 which type of doctor i should visit for this

Hi.

The condom you are using could have an aneasthetic coating which reduces sensation to allow the male to prolong intercourse and thus postpone ejaculation by some time. Make sure you use a normal condom without any such coating.
