What Causes Penis And Scrotum Swelling Along With Itching?
Since about 12 hours ago, the skin of my scrotum and that of my penis has become hugely swollen with fluid. it occurred after severe itching in area below scrotum. Milder episodes have occurred 3 time in last two years and resolved by themselves in about two days time.
