What Causes Penis Glans Tingling Sensation, Itching, Intermittent Pain And Discomfort?
Hi, I am male 35 years. 3 years back I had hsv 2 and was given famciclovir 125 mg twice a day for 2 weeks and azithromycin 500 mg for 5 days 1 each day. Recently I am having similar symptoms so I took famciclovir for 2 weeks and azyth for 5 days which made symptoms less. But then I stopped medication and after few weeks now again I have tingling sensation at the tip of my penis, sometimes light itching and on and off pain in the pubic area. While urinating there is no pain or discharge, never ever had blisters however while urinating if I pressure sometimes I have uncomfortable feelings which stays for few minutes and then disappear. Could this be herpes symptoms or any other disease?
If you are sure its due to herpes then you should know it is not curable. Once you get herpes, you will always be herpes positive. Every time you have a decrease in immunity you will have flare up / symptoms of herpes. Also, check for blood sugar. It can be secondary fungal infection Share picture for confirmation.
