I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows :
Dear Mrs can you say me :How old are you ?
For how long you are taking contraceptive?
did you have these problem for the first time?
Menstrual cycle irregularities such as having period twice in one month can be due to various factors.
Iam telling you some factors:
• Premature ovarian failure
• Polycystic ovary syndrome: (You must to do
ultrasound ) This is a common
hormonal disorder that can cause small cysts to form on the ovaries, leading to
irregular periods.
•
Pelvic inflammatory disease • Did you have done Extreme
weight loss, eating disorders or excessive exercising?
•
Thyroid problems: The uterine lining can thicken as a result of thyroid diseases and in turn cause more bleeding. So my advise is to check the hormone level TSH,Ft4 and Ft3
• Having irregular periods is One of the side effect during contraceptive.used.
Usually if your periods suddenly stop for more than 90 days a
pregnancy test is recommended prior to taking the next pack of pills.
My advised is to done Ultrasound (Polycysstic ovary syndrome)to check thyroid hormone level , keep in control the time that you are taking contraceptive. In these condtion that your periods come less then 7 days it is important to see your gynecologit.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
