What Causes Periodic Attacks Of Dizziness In An Elderly Person?

I m a 72 year old female in pretty good health, thin, active, and in decent shape for my age. I m having periodic dizziness... not vertigo but dizziness. It s not upon standing/rising like a blood pressure reaction. I can t relate it to anything specific. I currently take Premarin .625 daily, otc slow FE, baby aspirin, felodipine for Raynauld s, pantoprozole, fiber, and omega 3 fish oil, all of which I ve taken a long time. Suggestions?

Conditions like TIA has to be evaluated. Consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain for further assessment.
