General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are saying you went through menopause early, at 29 years. It is called premature menopause. The causes may be genetics, autoimmune diseases, chemotherapy.

It is better for your friend to take a surrogate mother for her baby rather than a womb transplant because she is in menopause.

I hope I have answered the question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
