What Causes Permanent Goose Bumps?
Hi, ai always have goosebumps on my arms and they never go, iv e had this as long as i can remember and its kind of freaking me out. This doesn t happen to my legs or anything, just my arms so i supose that it may be some other thing going on in my body.

I really appreciate your concern, such lesion or swelling could be lipoma some time this may not be harmful, if this is confirmed lipoma then this need to be removed surgically if causes discomfort and have some cosmetic concern, else this is nothing to worry, still I would like to advise you to get done the clinical examination because very important one for diagnosis, take care.
