What Causes Persistent Abdominal Cramps Along With Vaginal Bleeding Post Intercourse?

Hi, for the last three months I ve been having quarter size, jelly like clotting about one day out of the seven days of my period. I ve also been having random cramping even on days when I don t have my period. Yesterday I had sex with my boyfriend, I went to the bathroom and noticed that I was bleeding. Bleeding enough to put on a pad to go to bed and I did not have my period. Bleeding after having sex has happened before, but never enough for me to wear a pad to go to sleep. When I was at work this morning I was sitting and feeling nauseous. I m not really sure what is going on, do you have an idea?
