What Causes Persistent Abdominal Cramps With Spotting During First Trimester?
I am 9 weeks pregnant and I have been bleeding for the past week. It started with just some brown blood and slightly progressed to red. I also have had cramps, but I ve been having cramps my entire pregnancy. I passed a blood clot also a few days ago, should I be worry? What should I do?

Do you have history of abortion in past? Are you taking any medications? passing blood clot should not be ignored. get your ultrasound done asap and consult your gynec.
