What Causes Persistent Abdominal Discomfort And Nausea?
I have had an upset stomach and nausea for a couple of weeks. I have type 2 diabetes. vomiting is occasional especially when I work outside. I thought it might be food poisoning because of a recall on something I ate but it shouldn t last this long, should it?

Food poisoning does not exist more than couple of weeks. So it is very unlikely to have food poisoning.
You are diabetic so in this case, Diabetic Gastropathy is more common if you are suffering from Diabetes since years.
So in my opinion, it is likely to be Gastropathy and in this case you can take Cap Lansomeperazole+ Domperidone twice a day before meal.
