What Causes Persistent Abdominal Pain Along With Vomiting Up Of Green Liquid?

Hi my 13 year old son has been vomiting since 1.30pm yesterday and his last one was green liquid, he also has a sore stomach. He still feels like vomiting but has nothing left to come out. Do you think I should take him to the doctors or do you think he will get better? Thank you Debbie

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Generally vomitus mixed with bile will be greeninsh in colour. Try to give him some liquid ant-acids, anti-emetics (Domperidone) and plenty of fluids. He must start doing well once his nausea and vomiting stops.
