What Causes Persistent Abdominal Pain And Nausea?

I have been having waves of abdominal pain and nausea since Wednesday night. I went to the ER on Thursday night because my doctor thought I could have appendicitis. They did a blood test and ultra sound and did not think that I had it, but I m still nauseated and am having abdominal pain, so I can t eat or drink much at all. What is wrong with me?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to dyspepsia and most probable cause could be hyperacidity and this can be best treated with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
I find this answer helpful
