What Causes Persistent Abdominal Pain, Hunger Pangs, Black Stool And Vomiting?
Hello I am on day 5 of a very upset stomach. It s hurts in a way it feels like butterflies and anxiety but it s not. Upper abdominal pain, first few days I had light green frothy liquid diarrhea, now today it s so dark green it s almost black. When my stomach is empty I throw up yellow bile but even with the vomiting and diarrhea I feel extremely hungry and constant hunger pains. Eating does not make me feel better. I m extremely fatigued but wired and my heart feels fatigued and fluttery and racy. Over all I feel like I could jump out of my skin it s such and over all overwhelming and uncomfortable feeling. It feels very tight around my ribs and I can hear lots a fluids gurgling under my ribs.
Avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol, avoid fatty food and smoking. Avoid gluten and lactose contain food. use tablet Normaxin twice a day for five days.
If symptoms not improved please consult physician/gastroenterologist they will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hello, You may be suffering from anxiety neurosis which may trigger irritable bowel syndrome may lead to loose stools, bloating, pain and difficulty indigestion etc. Avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol, avoid fatty food and smoking.
