What Causes Persistent Acidity And Constipation?

I have acid everyday no matter what I eat and my bowels won t hardly move at all. I had a colonoscopy last year and the scope run down into my stomach since last year Everything was fine now this has happened it is very hard to have a bowel movement meds are the same except I have a new insulin ( toujio spelled wrong)
