What Causes Persistent Acne Despite Taking Medication?

Hi Doctor.. As per my Dr prescription I have been taking Minoz OD100 mg capsule one in the night.The Acne somehow reduced after. Continuous taking of Minoz capsule for 10 days.The acne started to grow again with the formation of pus eventually.Can you please suggest the whether I can go with consuming 2 capsules a day or should o go with a heavy antibiotic than Minoz.Your information would be very helpful. Thanks

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if it is the infection then it may not be acne, but what ever it may be the firs goal should be to eradicates the infection and for that I would suggest Tab Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid twice in day, with local application of Clithromycin lotion it need to be applied on face, take care for good hygiene hope this information helps.
