What Causes Persistent Allergic Rhinitis Despite Polypectomy?

Doctor, I have allergic rhinitis for the last two decades or so.. I have polyps in the nostrils and I underwent polypectomy twice.. Still the problem pesists. The doctors suggest not to take citrus fruits or bananas. Naturally we get immunity through fruits only.. please suggest..

there is more than one allergen you are inhealing daily. nasal polyp is one cause of allergic rhinitis. but there are possibilities of allergic to many other things you are suffering from. other possibility is that nasal polyp recur again.
