What Causes Persistent And Severe Diarrhea After Discontinuing Opioids?
I had chronic constipation while on opiods.I went off opiods October 1, 2016.Since then I have constant, chronic, severe diarrhea. I have a severe endochrin issue (secondary adrenal insufficiency) and take hydrocortisone for this. I assumed for the first few months the diarrhea was due to this, but not after all this time. I have multiple Autoimmume issues. Could I have developed Chron s Disease?

From ur above history, the diarrhea seems to be due to opioid withdrawal. Hydrate yourself and avoid dehydration. Take lots of fluids and also Electral.
If it's totally uncontrollable, u could avail OTC medication like loperamide but under strict guidance because it can cause you constipation again.
Take probiotics drinks and include probiotic yoghurt in ur diet
