What Causes Persistent Bloated Stomach And Severe Vomiting?

I am very concerned about my friend and after reading about anorexia symptoms I think she may have this. I knew she ate little and sometimes not for a day. However in the last 4-5 months she s having several symptoms. Very bloated stomach led her to the ER where numerous diagnostic tests we re done and all negative regarding organs, abdomen, gallbladder etc. Her blood revealed very low potassium and they gave her liquid potassium and she felt better for a day. Then back to bloating and won t eat because that makes her bloat more. I recently found out she vomits each time she eats. She can t hold anything down. She s had insomnia for some time and sleeps 3-4 hours at best. Most recently she complains of blurred vision all the time. What should I do to help her. She has no insurance and this prevents her from seeing the doctor. Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms mostly happens due to stress and this could be emotional one, and such condition may be responsible for increasing acid secretion in gastric region, and causes hyperacidity and this can be best managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time for four weeks and better to low down the stress, hope this information helps, take care.
