What Causes Persistent Body Aches Along With Headaches?

Hi Dr Rynne, I have been having flu-like body aches mostly in my back and a minor head ache since Tuesday. No sore throat, or other symptoms. Just wondering what it can be. I am doing a Metagenics Cleanse (Clear Change) right now. Could this be causing it? The booklet that came with the program doesn t mention that at all. Looking to see if I should go to the doctor. I exercise regularly (ran 3 miles today). I never have back aches.

As per your history first you take one Combiflam one tab for body pain.Again if required take 8 hours after .Check your body temp every 6 hours and record it upto 72 hours.If temp. comes make a blood count with differential and a para check test.Drink enough water.(Thanks)
