What Causes Persistent Chest Discomfort?

I have had a history of chest pain over the last six months that never really goes away. The pain is more of a discomfort and it feels more musculoskeletal. I have chalked this up to costochondritis. The pain/discomfort is not really bothersome. I am a 28/M. History of hypertension controlled with beta blocker, morbidly obese and pack/day smoker. This evening, I was sitting on the couch, and repositioned my self, and the pain I have had for 6 months suddenly went away. Thoughts?

Hello,

As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like Aceclofenac / Serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing all the best.
