What Causes Persistent Chest Pain With Normal ECO And EKG Test Findings?

sir, my cousin sister is 40 years she is suffering from chest pain from past 15 days, her eco and ecg report are fine, even endoscope has been done. doctor is saying she is having chest pain because of negative feeling, so kindly suggest what to do

Hi!
Echo and ECG may be normal and patient may stil have chest pain if its arising from the muscle pr the rib cage. Also if patient is having any mental stress or depression wherein the disease manifests as a physical pain.
If it is because of the muscle or rib cage pain ot should settle with rest and some local pain killer balms.
if it is because of low mood or depression then she might the help of a psychiatrist.
