Hi welcome to health care magic... You should not stopped antihypertensive medication...... Mostly you might taking enalapril like drug that can lead bradykinin release and cough can occur.... So dose decresed by your doctor Still if needed switch over to other drug can be done but don t stop drug... As you have Chest tightness and dyspnea also investigate with chest x ray and spirometry if needed..... If specific cause found than treatment done for that.... Heart burn can occur if you have acidity for which pantoprazole tablet can be taken... Take care Advise : Consult pulmonologist or treating physician for examination and further work up.... And don t stop antihypertensive drug by your own... Hope this will help
