What Causes Persistent Cough And Congestion?
I have a continual cough. It started out only in the morning when I started my day. Now I cough all day but not while sleeping. I cough up mucus that is usually clear or white. I have tried cough suppressants but that doesn t stop the coughing. Thank you

Persistent cough with mucus usually points towards an allergic phenomenon. It can also be early manifestation of asthma. I will advise you to undergo pulmonary function test . It will diagnose asthma. treatment is easy and effective.
