Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain dry cough can occur due to number of causes like Allergic reaction to dust or other irritants, upper respiratory tract infection, bronchitis, pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, side effects of medications, asthma, inhaled or aspirated foreign body in airway..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist or a Pulmonologist and get evaluated and he can advise you investigations like Blood tests,Immunoglobulin G levels, chest x ray etc to rule out the exact cause of the problem and treat you accordingly..
As of now you can take cough suppressants containing Dextromethorphan..
Take anti allergics like Levocetrizine..
Do steam inhalations and suck throat lozenges..
Avoid exposure to dust and pollutants..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
