What Causes Persistent Cough Inspite Of Giving Kofarest And Calpol In Children?

Hi.My daughter is 11 months old and is having cough and cold since last 7days.And I am giving her kofarest drops for 7 days and calpol and hexapod 100 mg for 5 days but still she is coughing a lot and has too much of phlegm,can you please tell us what can be done
