General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

If any mass is present (as per given history), then biopsy can be taken from that mass under USG or CT guidance to rule out malignancy....

Sputum examination and CBC also should be done

According to reports further management decided

Consolidation usually seen in pneumonia like infective condition in which fever, dyspnea, chest pain also associated and according to sputum report further antibiotic course given

But if mass present then it needs biopsy for detecting malignancy

Consult pulmonologoist for examination and further work up accordingly
